A 2 night minimum stay applies throughout the year, with a 4 night minimum stay during the Easter Weekend, a 3 night minimum stay over long weekends and 7 nights during the Christmas holiday period. Cant beat that view! - Absolute Ocean Front Home with all the modern conveniences. Well presented and perfectly located. 3 bedroom , 3 Bathrooms, large living areas and large kitchen. Bed Linen and bath towels supplied. Please bring your own beach towels for swimming. (2 x queens + 2 King single beds - linen provided plus option for 2 spare single mattresses to be set up in 3rd bedroom, linen hire charges apply). Decks on both sides of the house to take in the view and ocean breeze all day long.Fully fenced yard ideal for children and pets. Please note that C-View is a pet friendly house however we ask that you please keep your pet out of the house at all times. Pets are allowed to stay in the garage (with access from outside) and yard area only. Very private, quiet location only a minutes walk to beach below. Minutes walk to heathland reserve with walking tracks and birdlife galore. 5 minutes walk to the newly refurbished "Ex servos" club for great meals and entertainment. 3 minutes drive to Ulladulla township for shops, restaurants and cafes. STRICTLY NO SCHOOLIES - NO PARTIES - NO BUCKS WEEKENDS Location C-view is located overlooking beautiful Rennies Beach Ulladulla which is 3 1/2 hrs south of Sydney and 2.5 hrs from Canberra. It is a 3 minute drive into Ulladulla township. Neighbouring towns Milton, Mollymook, Burrill Lake are all within 5 minutes drive. Jervis Bay Marine Park is 40 minutes north & Batemans Bay is 40 minutes south. Ulladulla is situated in the Shoalhaven which is renowned for its white sandy beaches,great surfing and fishing, scenic rivers & lakes with national parks and mountain ranges as a backdrop. Pets are more than welcome.The yard is fully fenced and the beach nearby is dog friendly.Pets must be kept outside or in the garage at all times. They are not permitted inside the house under any circumstance. Please adhere to these rules otherwise we wont be able to offer CView as a pet friendly house.
