Comfortable home in the heart of Honolulu with breathtaking panoramic views of the Pacific Ocean, mountains, city, & valley. 800 sq ft living space, 2 bedrooms with 4 beds total, 1 full bath, & kitchen. Great location and value for a large group if you are looking for a multi-family accommodation in the heart of Honolulu (6 adults and 2 small kids). 15 minutes drive to Waikiki, Ala Moana, downtown, Airport. There will be floor noise from above.30-day minimum rental.
Rental Car/van is best to get around. Although Uber and Lyft is available.
The 2 free parking is tandem parking (one car behind the other car). Park in 1 of the 5 tandem spaces available. Thank you.
Home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood... we do not allow any parties or events here. Please respect our neighbors by not making too much noise after 9pm. Thank you.

Summary: This property worked well for our family of 7. We were able to sleep everybody and feed everybody and do laundry easily. The road to the property was very steep. Every time we went up the road, the kids thought it was like a ride. We met the owner. He was very nice. We were missing a pillow and pillow cases. He got us more right away. There are beach chairs downstairs in the laundry room that you can use. The lights of the city are beautiful to see from here. I would recommend this place. It was a good location for seeing the sites we wanted to see.
