Positive: The hotel fully met our expectations. The staff was very friendly and welcoming, explaining everything clearly, even though we arrived late at night. The room was spotless and very comfortable, with extremely cozy beds. It was equipped with complimentary coffee, tea, cookies, a water kettle, a hairdryer, an iron and a safe. Towels, shower gel, shampoo and conditioner were also provided. The location is excellent, right in the city center, making it very convenient to explore the area. In the morning, after check-out, we had the option to safely store our luggage in the hotel lockers, where you create your own code. When picking up our bags, we could relax briefly in the hotel’s lounge, freshen up and prepare for departure. The lounge also offers coffee, drinks, and snacks. Overall, we were delighted! The hotel exceeded our expectations, and the value for money is excellent.
Negative: The only minor point is that our room did not have a window with an outside view; it opened to the hotel corridor. However, we booked the most economical option and we believe other rooms in the hotel do have regular windows.
