La Veranda is the perfect blend of privacy and proximity to the best area in Puerto Rico. Covered terraces surround this Spanish style estate home and provide views of the ocean on 3 sides and the mountains on the other. Our sunsets are unbeatable. Buye Beach is 1 mile away, with a great hike to Guanaquilla Lagoon and the Confresi Pirate caves. Downtown Boqueron with its restaurants, nightlife, and Boqueron Beach is only 4 minutes away. Combate Beach is 11 miles and only 2 miles further to the lighthouse, Playa Sucia, and salt flats. The best snorkeling, reef diving, and raft-up boating available in PR are 14 miles away in Parguera. The town of Cabo Rojo and all it offers is only 10 minutes North. Our home has 2 full bedrooms and 2 full baths, as well as a living room that converts two sofas for sleeping ten if needed. AC is in bedrooms only, ceiling fans throughout. The yard is completely enclosed and has ample parking for multiple vehicles. Our home is equipped with all the appliances of home, including a propane grill. There is an exterior security camera in the front and rear of the home only. As of October 2021 La Veranda comes equipped with solar panels and Tesla Powerwall battery backup. This allows us to produce clean energy daily and have power to key systems in the event of an outage. We will do our best to notify guests of outages so they may limit high usage amenities like AC to maximize battery longevity until no longer necessary. We are very excited and proud to share this unbelievable home, beautiful area, and great community with you.
