The ABOVE AUSTIN ATX CHARM ESTATE is a beautiful and updated family home including a large kitchen that is any chef's dream with an island that provides a perfect area to entertain family and friends. Enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktails on one of 2 covered patios with spaces to catch up with others in your group. The backyard is full of fun for everyone from the pool and hot tub to the sports court. The yard is turf and is ready for yard games year-round. Grill on the patio as you enjoy the game and a fire al fresco. The property is conveniently located to downtown Austin and the neighborhood has 2 nearby parks with a playground, open field, and greenbelt hiking. This property is regularly set for 8 guests, but, with homeowner approval, can host as many as 13 guests with luxury Frontgate beds which would also be set with ABOVE standard luxury linens. A large group fee may apply. All guests must be pre-approved to rent this estate. A full guest list will be required.
