Welcome to the ABOVE Creekside Estate in Austin! This beautiful corner lot boasts plenty of space to enjoy the great outdoors. There is a wet weather creek that runs through the back of this property. You will want to spend your time in the great back yard whether enjoying the pool and hot tub or playing cornhole or volleyball. There is a balcony with a comfortable sectional and outdoor TV. Indoors, you will enjoy a beautiful living area just off the spacious kitchen in this open floor plan. With two dining areas, there is plenty of space to enjoy meals together. Let us schedule a private chef for you! There is a media room upstairs for movie night. Should you need to get a little work done, you will find a well-appointed office where you can find the privacy and quiet space you need. This property is regularly set for 8 guests, but, with homeowner approval, can host as many as 14 guests with luxury Frontgate beds which would also be set with ABOVE standard luxury linens. A large group fee may apply. All guests must be pre-approved to rent this estate. A full guest list will be required. 30 night minimum. Great Location for Dell Match Play.
