Requires going up/down stairs to enter/leave house. The floor is SOLID, but UNEVEN in places. There is a step-up/down in Kitchen, hallway, and master bedroom. Significant foot traffic in neighborhood and despite being in a "small town," area can seem quite busy. NOT a sleepy or suburban type neighborhood. There is a low-income 55+ community across the street. Once your book with us, please get on G Maps and look around the neighborhood.
