*Walk to Floyd Hospital, Downtown Rome/Broad Street (12 minute walk/less than a mile), Bike Paths, The Etowah, Oostanuala and Coosa Rivers. 5 minute drive to Berry and Shorter College. Requires going up/down stairs to enter/leave house. The floor is SOLID, but UNEVEN in places. There is a step-up/down in Kitchen, hallway, and master bedroom. Significant foot traffic in neighborhood and despite being in a "small town," area can seem quite busy. NOT a sleepy or suburban type neighborhood. There is a low-income 55+ community across the street. Once your book with us, please get on G Maps and look around the neighborhood.

Summary: This house has a lot of character. The sloping floors fit with other houses of this location and era. Plenty of towels in the bathrooms and kitchen has what you need for simple day to day cooking. Near the Main Street but not excessive city sounds. The neighbors are great. The Sweet Bar on the corner is a fun go to for a breakfast treat.
