Neat bungalow for up to 6 persons, with 3 bedrooms and 2 bath rooms. Private little plot, all fenced-in, with parking. At 400 m from the beach and at 800 m from a big supermarket. The villages Els Poblets, Vergel and Ondara, all with good infrastructures, are at 5 minutes. Denia’s city is at 11 km, 10 min. by car.
The house offers on the groundfloor: 2 bedrooms, one of them with double-bed, the other one with an individual bed (additional bed available on request), 1 bath room, lounge-dining area, american kitchen. Roofed terrace and patio with plancha for BBQ. Storage room with washing machine. On the upper floor, with separate entrance from the patio: 1 double bedroom, shower bath room, sun terrace with outdoor shower.
The house is completely furnished and equipped with air conditionning (hot/cold) in the upper bedroom, ceiling fans in the groundfloor bedrooms and lounge. Sat-TV (Astra), microwave, coffee-maker, washing machine, garden furniture.

The area of Denia at the lovely Costa Blanca is the perfect holiday destination. Enjoy the mild climate all year round, long sandy beaches and the most beautiful green back country.
Denia provides a very good infrastructure and a huge offer of leisure activities, a mondern Marina and a fishing port, an attractive historic centre and an enormous choice of good restaurants. Last but not least an interesting night live!
The diversified 20 km long sandy beach offers something for everyone, water sport activities, calm areas, beach bars, cliffy bays in the nature reserve, great for diving and snorkeling.
Denia is situated exactely between Valencia and Alicante, from both airports the holiday home can be reached within about 1 hour.
Within 20 minutes to max. 1 hour you can reach several other lovely places on the coast, i.e. Javea, Calpe, Altea, Benidorm, an Alicante in the south, as well as Oliva, Gandia and Valencia in the north. Also a trip to the back country is worth to do, you will see lots of orange groves, almond trees and quaint villages between green hills and mountains.
2 renowned golf courses (Oliva Nova and La Sella Golf) are at only 9 resp. 13 km from the bungalow. Besides, there is a gym with indoor pool and tennis courts near the bungalow.

Summary: We stayed seven weeks from January to March. The winter weather was very kind to us and we were sitting in the sun on the lovely terrace almost every day. The house is very clean, well furnished and equipped, with everything we needed to be comfortable and cook meals when we wanted to. The small TV was adequate for our needs, with Spanish and German channels available, but no DVD player (we took our own). We needed to use the electric heaters supplied because the evenings were very cool. This house would be a superb summer location; maybe I couldn't give it 10/10 for a winter stay. The neighbourhood is very quiet and safe-feeling; five minutes' walk to the lovely beach.Excellent value for money, we can thoroughly recommend Casa Calma, especially the superb professional service from the agent Helena and her team.
