On all these beaches you can swim or sunbathe in the summer or enjoy a nice fish with a glass of wine on the terrace of the cozy beach pavilions. In winter, you can warm up here after a refreshing walk on the beach with a hot chocolate and whipped cream. Just around the corner are the Schoorlse Duinen, a beautiful nature reserve for walking, cycling or mountain biking, so be sure to bring your bicycles. Parking at the house is free.

While walking or cycling through the beautiful nature reserve the Schoorlse Duinen, where the salty smell of the sea mixes with the fresh scent of the dunes and pine trees, the stress of everyday life immediately slips away. The cozy center of Schoorl has nice shops and restaurants and you must have climbed the Klimduin once, children and adults love it! The charming artists' village of Bergen is a short distance away and Alkmaar with its beautiful historic center is also definitely worth a visit.
