Built around a private courtyard and spanning three stories, this home boasts six bedrooms and seven and a half bathrooms. Adorned with Moroccan tile, modern fixtures, and stylish finishes this contemporary beach retreat will leave all desires satisfied.
Greeted by a private courtyard with a tranquil pool and spa, “Bullish on Beaches” welcomes the largest of families and groups. The courtyard is accompanied by a contemporary floor to ceiling outdoor shower perfect for washing the sand away before plunging into the refreshing pool. Expansive accordion doors embody the indoor/outdoor living philosophy, connecting the covered summer kitchen to the indoor chef’s kitchen, perfect for outdoor food preparation while lounging around the pool. Inside, an inviting living area with a gas fireplace and natural wood beam ceilings is the perfect place for relaxation. A first-floor master bedroom with ensuite bathroom sits to the west of the home, complimented by beautiful tile and a walk-in closet. Additions to the first floor include an oversized laundry/utility room and a half bath.
Ascending to the second floor, either by a lit staircase or elevator, is a large media room ideal for movies and gaming, complete with a wet bar. Along the naturally lit hallway are two guest suites both with private adjoining bathrooms. The second floor also consists of a playful bunk room with two queen over queen bunks, two twin over twin bunks and a private bath. At the end of the hall rests yet another master suite with a private balcony and spa-like bathroom accented with exquisite light fixtures and double vanities. This is the perfect location to enjoy refreshments or hors ’d’oeuvres as the sun dips behind the horizon and the sky turns hypnotizing hues of pink, orange and purple. French doors unveil the heavenly third floor master. The master bath is unfathomable with a soaking tub enclosed in a dual shower accented by bench seating and floor to ceiling tile. Additions to the third floor include a study and half bath.
