Come visit our comfortable coastal family home, outside of Charleston located on the Intercoastal Waterway. This will not ever be a high traffic rental. It is vacant only portions of the year. More pics are at BullsBayRental on Facebook (search on BullsBayRental). There is a private 500 foot dock where you can fish year round for reds, shark, and flounder. The house has a kayak, and is also located on a popular bike trail. At high tide in the warm months, we jump, float and swim. At low tide, it is shallow with no shells. Bull's Bay is known for cast net shrimping during season with a license. You are welcome to bring your own boat as 2 landings are nearby - Moore's Landing & Buck Hall. You can also schedule local fishing guides to take you fishing inshore or offshore. This is a quiet rural residential home with many oak trees, wildlife viewing of birds & bald eagles. Enjoy the dolphin sightings, sunrises and sunsets. Discount for long term winter seasonal vacationers wanting to enjoy all Charleston has to offer. Charleston is known for culinary experiences, architecture, historical locations, home tours, walking locations and events (Southeastern Wildlife Exposition, etc). We are also bordered by the Francis Marion Forrest. This 2 bedroom home has a king and a queen in each bedroom, plus 2 queens in the loft. The house has high end mattresses, upgraded stainless appliances, leather couch and loveseat, brazilian KOA floors, mahogany doors, cherry cabinets, granite countertops, and 1.5 bathrooms. The shower is 6 feet x 3 feet with dual shower heads, natural stone walls, pebble flooring and unlimited hot water heated by gas. Enjoy coffee on the screen porch in teak rocking chairs. Below the house, there is outdoor seating, swing bed, granite island, & gas propane grill. No smoking or pets please. The house has a staircase, the property is 2 acres and the dock is 500 feet long. Mobility is a health requirement for this vacation home. The grocery store (Publix) is 15 minutes. The gas station, Dollar General, Tractor Supply is 5 minutes. Roper hospital with ER is 15 minutes. Walmart, Kohls, Starbucks, Chic-Fil-A and Charleston Fun Park (Go-Carts, Putt-Putt golfing & Arcade) are 15 minutes. Town Centre shopping, movie theater, and bridge to Isle of Palms is 20 minutes. The Ravenel Bridge to downtown Charleston is 25 minutes.
