This space has convenient direct access to the beach from the large wraparound deck where you will enjoy the most beautiful sunsets. The dining area offers an entrance to the large screened in porch perfect for dining or family game night. The first floor also offers expansive gulf views throughout, as well as, a spacious master suite, that overlooks the Gulf of Mexico. The master suite also includes a large en suite bath with a double vanity, a glass-walled double shower a large garden tub for relaxing after a long day on the beach and walk-in closet. Also located on the first floor, is the laundry room that includes a full size front load stackable washer and dryer, as well as, a powder room. The second floor, offers three spacious bedrooms, which include a cozy queen guest bedroom with gulf views and an entrance to an upstairs covered porch with a table and seating for 4. This sweet bedroom shares a Jack and Jill bathroom with single vanity and shower. with a spacious king guest bedroom, as well as an adorable bunk room with a set of twin over twin bunks with a twin trundle and a set of twin over full bunks with a twin trundle. The bunk room includes an entrance to a second Jack and Jill bathroom with a single vanity and tub/shower combo. The second Jack and Jill bath opens on the opposite side to a beautifully decorated second living area that includes a wet bar, plenty of seating and a tv. The second floor also includes an addition sitting area with two love seats, a nice space to enjoy beautiful views of the emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico. In addition to the incredible living and sleeping spaces on the second floor, is another lovely covered porch with ample seating to read or watch the dolphins play in the surf.
