Renovated inside and out, with 125 feet of the best child, elderly and pet friendly waterfront providing you with your own little piece of heaven. A hard sand bottom that is free of weeds allows everyone to have fun and play in the water. Enjoy the canoe, paddleboat and kayaks on the water or take in the sights and sounds from the beautiful new dock. Inside, you will love the new interior appointments that include a beautiful roomy kitchen with stainless steel appliances and open concept living areas. When it's time to relax, enjoy the large comfortable sectional sofa while watching a 55" TV, or sit in the lounge chairs that provide you with a view of the lake you will remember forever. The lower level is where you will find the family/game area with sofas, a 55" TV, the ping pong and foosball table. Also on the lower floor is the 2nd bathroom/laundry room and 4th bedroom with bunk bed. Exterior upgrades include a new dock, sand beach, refinished painted deck, outdoor living area with sectional sofa and a lounge swing, dining furniture, Weber BBQ, lawn and dock lounge chairs and upgraded fire pit. The large flat lawn allows plenty of space for all land sports. In the evening, share family moments sitting around the fire, or watch the moon reflect off the lake from the deck or dock.
