This new construction beautifully decorated beach home located within a 5 minute walk to Buckroe Beach, features 8 Bedrooms, 6 bthrms, 4 kitchens, 2 Master Bedrooms with balcony/porch, 1 Game room with pool table. 2 separate in law suites with private entrances and kitchenettes. This 5000sqft beach home has space for everyone with ample privacy in mind. Buckroe Palace is nearly 5000 Sqft with 4 living spaces perfect hosting large families. It totals 8 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, and can sleep up to 16+ people comfortably. All 4 living spaces have it's own: Kitchenette with dishware, cookware, Microwave, air fryer/toaster oven, and basic amenities Coffee and Tea Coffee maker Washer and Dryer Private access with digital code Luxury bedding 1800 thread count Mattress padding on all king and Queen beds Mattress covers to ensure cleanliness High Speed Internet 100+Mbps WiFi Roku Smart Tv's in every bedroom and living room Towels, face cloths, and hand cloths Basic hygiene amenities (soap, lotion, shave kits, tooth brush) **Turn Down Service day 1** Buckroe Palace has four seperate but easily combined living spaces: Honey Moon Suite: Beautifully decorated King size 1 bedroom 1.5 bathroom with 2 private entrances, porch off of MBR, and open 10 seating dining area for hosting with plenty of seating in the living room for friends and family. The Honey Moon suite has the largest dining and living room with sleeper sofa in Buckroe Palace and is located on the first floor. Family Tides Suite: This beautifully decorated 3 bedroom 2 bath with added game room comes equipped with a king size bed with fireplace and private balcony on the second level off of master bedroom, queen size bed in room two, and 2 twin size beds in the third room. Game room includes kitchenette with a single electric cooktop, microwave, detached all in one toaster oven air fryer, sofa bed, and 55inch smart tv ready for gaming consoles to be connected. Family Tides In-Law Suite: Absolutely stunning 2 bedroom 1 bath with kitchenette with a single electric cooktop, microwave, detached all in one toaster oven air fryer, 4 person dining table, and living room located on the second floor with private entrance or optional access to Family Tides Suite. This suite is optional while staying at Buckroe Palace and is perfect for extended families needing additional privacy. Cozy at the Beach: A Cozy 2 bedroom 1 bath with a kitchenette with a single electric cooktop, microwave, detached all in one toaster oven air fryer, 2 person dining table, and living room located on the first floor with private entrance. This suite is optional while staying at Buckroe Palace and is perfect for extended families needing additional privacy. Guest who are looking to rent the entire home will have access to all 4 spaces in which they can easily navigate throughout the home without going outside via private entrances. I'm just a message away at anytime, however; I'll leave you and your family alone to enjoy your space Buckroe Beach and Park borders the magnificent Chesapeake Bay with three-quarters of a mile of clean beach. Lifeguards are on duty Memorial Day through Labor Day 10 a.m.- 6 p.m. Available for rent are three picnic shelters with nine tables and 1 grill each; an observation pier with a shelter; and a stage pavilion for community events, private events and entertainment. A spacious nautical-themed playground will entertain the children. There are large restroom facilities with outdoor showers next to the playground and ample open space year round. Note: No electricity or water is available at the shelters. No dogs or other pets are allowed on the boardwalk, on the beach, or in the park area on the bay side of First Street from May 15 to Sept 15. Park rangers are on duty year-round. Watersports recreation For recreation on the water, Hampton Watersports rents jet skis, kayaks & paddleboards on the beach. Reserve water equipment or book a tour. They also offer hot food to go, cold beverages, ice cream, snacks and bags of ice. Picnic tables are available for customers. They are open Memorial Day to Labor Day. Additional information Beach closed during inclement weather. No alcoholic beverages permitted. Swimming beyond swim buoys prohibited. No styrofoam coolers allowed. No tents or portable gazebos allowed. Dogs and other pets, except service animals, are prohibited in all areas of the park and beach, including the greenspace, facilities, boardwalk, and beach May 15-Sept. 15. All dogs must be on a leash during allowable dates. No personal watercraft, fishing, or scuba diving gear are permitted. No open fires, including portable grills, fire pits, and hot oil cooking or deep frying. Skateboards and bicycles allowed on bike path only. No person may ride or lead any horse or similar animal. No littering. No radio or remote-controlled vehicles, including drones. Feeding wildlife is prohibited. No person may in any way alter, damage, remove, or deface any park property, including plant vegetation, equipment, and park structures. Currently there is ongoing new construction of vacation homes directly to the left and right of Buckroe Palace. This work is expected to continue through Spring of 2021.
