Under new ownership for 2024, there have been many changes to the property for the 2024 season including: New decor throughout, new wall-mounted TVs, 2 new dishwashers, new refrigerator, microwave and new small appliances (3 drip coffee makers, Keurig, 3 new toasters, and beverage cooler). All new bedding (comforters, pillows and blankets).

Mid Level: 2 King Master Bedrooms, Bedroom with 2 Queens that shares a full bath with a Bedroom with a Bunk Set, Trundle. All rooms face the ocean and have their own access to the deck and hot tub.
Top Level: Great room with flat-screen HDTV, half bath, fully-equipped kitchen with 2 Kitchen Aid Whisper Quiet dishwashers, top-of-the-line gas range and snack bar.
