Positive: Lovely spacious apartment with everything we needed for a couple of days. Great for a family. Good location for local amenities like supermarket, boulangerie. Availability of parking was a bonus.
Negative: We struggled with the parking sensor and couldn't get it to open the garage door no matter where we pointed it. Some clear instructions on how to use it would have been helpful. Also instructions could make it clear that you can't enter the car park until you've been into the apartment and found the remote control. Also that you need to find the correct staircase /lift from the car park (they are numbered but I didn't realise this when I arrived) as I took the wrong one to start with. The lock on the apartment door took some getting used to! I waited longer than 5 seconds before it opened and it seemed to not work if you tried the code again too soon.
