Positive: Excellent location. Nice property. Booking.com overcharged for the property and could have been rented cheaper through a different website. It was missold as read that £200 breakable deposit was included and we could get that back. Wouldn’t use booking.con again
Negative: Attempted to contact the owner prior to arrival no answer. Messaged the morning before we set off no response. Called when we arrived for the code for the key safe only for it to be poor signal her end. So text to ask for the key code which eventually was text back to us.
