Welcome to Broadkill Beach! This stunning beach house is located 4th house from the water and features waterviews from the main living space and decks! House has inverted floor plan as the 1st floor presents small living room, 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms and laundry room. Master bedroom is spacious including on suite bathroom with large soaking tub, stand up shower and dual vanity sinks. Heading up to the second floor you'll find an open concept layout. Lovely great room that blends living room, dining room and kitchen all together. Just off the kitchen is a huge screened in porch perfect for outdoor dinners and picking crabs! Directly adjacent to the screen porch is a small deck with grill. Additionally, there’s a half bathroom, gas fireplace, wonderful hardwood floors and LOTS of windows to take in the view of Delaware Bay.
Broadkill Beach is 10 minutes from downtown Milton, 15 minutes from Lewes, 20-25 minutes (depending on traffic) from Rehoboth boardwalk. Not looking for summer crowds. Broadkill Beach is a great social distancing beach, has a really cool “General Store” and super relaxed atmosphere (bonfires on the beach). If you're looking for a beach house this summer where you can walk to the beach, entertain the entire family, and create unforgettable memories. LINENS: This rental property will provide mattress protective pads, pillows and bed spreads and/or comforters. Most property owners also have additional blankets and pillows stored in closets that are available for use. Rental guests have the option to bring their own linens (sheets, pillow cases and towels) or rent them. Sunset Rentals will provide contact information for several local linen rental companies in our welcome letter. The welcome letter is emailed out 2 weeks prior to occupancy date.
