Positive: The breakfast was good and the owner very nice, the stuff also. The TV was not working and they sent immediately someone to fix it. The building is very old but nice. It is not an ordinary hotel room, it was an experience. We parked a little bit further and we paid 15€ per day, as all the parking places on the street are only for the residents.
Negative: No balcony or terrace, quiet dangerous for the kids, as the hotel room is exactly where the street is.
