This beautiful home was completed in February of 2015 and is located in Paradise Pointe, one the newest and most exclusive communities in Port Aransas.
The home has been lovingly furnished with top-notch appliances and furniture as well as fun, vibrant decor. Each bedroom and the living room comes equipped with a flat screen smart television with satellite TV service. Guests also have access to a private washer and dryer utility room and wireless internet service. A gorgeous community pool is just steps away.
The master bedroom has a king size bed and its own bathroom with a tiled walk-in shower. The other two bedrooms have queen size beds. For the younger or smaller guest, the sofa and ottoman in the living room can be moved together for additional sleeping.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a full-size refrigerator, stove, microwave, breakfast bar, coffee maker, assorted cookware and everything you need to cook a meal in paradise. The kitchen and living area are a great room open-style concept, perfect for entertaining.
The best part is the outdoor space! There are two large decks on the front and back of the house offering patio furniture and views of the community water feature and surrounding wetlands.
Please note: The downstairs portion and garage is reserved exclusively for owner use. The driveway can accommodate up to 3 standard sized vehicles. Note that large trucks or SUVs may reduce the number of vehicles able to park. Street parking is not allowed. Guests are welcome to have up to 8 people, but keep in mind that the living room sofa is not a pull-out sleeper.
This community does not allow boats or trailers of any kind. Since this home is located on the bay side of Highway 361, it is not possible to access the rest of the island with a golf cart. There are no legal golf cart crossings to get across Highway 361. For your own safety, we do not recommend attempting to rent a golf cart with this property.

CHECK-IN PROCESS:
We are proud to offer contactless check-in and check-out. Sand Key Realty will call you on the day of your arrival, typically in the afternoon once your property is ready, to provide an access code to the property. Please keep in mind that we cannot provide the access code until the property is clean and ready.
WHAT IS PROVIDED:
• Kitchens are well equipped with basic cooking needs (dishes, silverware, pots, pans, coffee maker, microwave and large appliances). Note that food products such as spices or seasoning are not provided for safety reasons.
• All our properties are supplied with one set of sheets for all beds. Bath towels are supplied per number of people the house sleeps. We do not provide beach towels.
• A start up supply of toilet paper, (2 rolls per bathroom), 1 roll of paper towels, 2 kitchen trash bags, 1 kitchen sponge, bar hand soap for each sink, dishwasher tablets (if the property has a dishwasher) and 1 bottle of dish soap will be provided. After that, the guest is responsible for any additional needs.
SUGGESTED ITEMS TO BRING:
Beach towels, extra paper goods (toilet paper, facial tissue and paper towels), extra pillows if you wish to sleep with more than one, coffee and coffee filters, spices/seasoning, bathing soap and shampoo, extra dish soap, extra trash bags, sun tan lotion/sun block and beach gear.
SELF CATERING: All of our properties are self-catering. No maid or towel service is provided during your stay.
A portion of your total will be donated to the Marlin Legacy Foundation whose mission is to facilitate financial support for the dedicated educators and staff of Port Aransas ISD.
