At the end of the day, you can drift off to sleep peacefully in one of the two bedrooms with a king and queen sized beds, each equipped with wall mounted smart TVs. Our property makes for the perfect lake side getaway that will keep everyone refreshed and relaxed.

***Check out is at 10 AM. Any guests in house after 10:15 am without prior approval will be charged $75/hour for every hour they remain in the house past the checkout time.
1- Must be courteous to our neighbors and avoid loud outside activities from 10:00 pm-8:00 am.
2- Please keep dogs off furniture and bedding. When dogs are outside, please keep them on a leash. Pick up and bag all pet waste.
3- No smoking or vaping inside the house. If smoking outside, please pick up all cigarette butts.
4- Please avoid neighboring properties and stay within our yard.
5- This house a shared driveway, please be courteous to the house next door and do not block the driveway.
6- All docks in the neighborhood are PRIVATE.
7-Do not add charcoal to the pellet grill. Only use the provided pellets. Adding charcoal to the pellet grill will result in a $100 fee. Please contact the host for any assistance to operate the grill.
