Welcome to Bright Water Cove...A gorgeous getaway that lays on 1.32 acres of land on Lake Norman! Breathtaking water views with approximately 250' of waterfront property! Let the magnificent outdoor ambiance carry you away to your dream vacation. For your relaxation and pleasure you will find a cove, dock, pier, and private boat ramp and new pool for all of your outdoor needs. Don't skip the sundeck where you can soak up the rays while enjoying a drink. Prefer shade? Relax under the covered gazebo while observing the spectacular sites and sounds of nature! For those who love a little beach time at the lake, there is approximately 100 feet of private beach area to either relax and sunbathe, or play in the sand and swim! Did someone say S'mores? Let's not forget our beautiful stone fire pit which is located in the perfect spot facing the lake where you can wind down from your day and share the new memories that were made. The new fenced, saltwater pool features a sunning deck in the pool with 2 chairs & umbrella.
From the moment you walk in the front door, the house says “Welcome home”. You are greeted with the new and fresh look of shiplap with a natural light drawn in from the outside through the two-story floor-to-ceiling windows.
A large living area with gleaming hardwoods and two open dining areas big enough to accommodate dining for 14 lends itself to memorable views of the lake and a meticulously landscaped backyard including a new pool. The back deck is perfect for enjoying your morning coffee while watching the sunrise. The living room boasts a 70” HD 4K TV, and enough seating for everyone to comfortably gather. Adjacent, is a bright white kitchen with an abundance of counter space and ample seating. Two spacious table areas are perfect for your whole group to enjoy eating family style meals together!
Space is certainly not an issue in this home! The main level has a beautiful wide open master bedroom with a trey ceiling and of course, a picturesque view of the lake. The master has a newly renovated en-suite bathroom with a soaking tub, and a separate, luxurious shower featuring glass tile and rain shower head. The second bedroom on the main level also is an en-suite set up with two queen beds.
On the upper level, you will find two newly carpeted bedrooms with 2 queen beds in one, and 1 queen bed in the other. Both rooms have a work space facing a window to enjoy the outside sights. The rooms share a full bathroom with hall access. A new addition to Bright Water Cove is a brand new bunk room complete with a full bath AND a half! The bunk room features two twin over full bunks to sleep 6 and ensure the perfect kids sleeps over!
The lower level, which has been newly updated, is the perfect place for hanging out with the fam! With a large open space that includes an additional family room, a full bath, and a new kitchen, you can't go wrong! The kitchen boasts new cabinets, quartz countertops, a microwave, fridge, dishwasher, wine fridge and 4 bar stools for keeping the bartender company or watching a game! The comfy large sectional and new 86” HD 4K TV is perfect for watching a movie or your favorite show. You can challenge someone to a game of table tennis, or gather around to play a board game. At some point, be sure to take a walk outside of the lower-level family room onto the newly constructed stone covered patio area.
Conveniently located on the dock are all of the fun lake toys which include: a kayak, a paddle board, and an assortment of life jackets.
