Bright semi-detached townhouse, surrounded by greenery and with water glimpses of the harbour from the balcony and bedroom. You can also see part of the NYE fireworks from the balcony. Quiet neighbours and overall very quiet and peaceful neighbourhood.
At the same time it’s only a 5 min walk to Double Bay (where you can also find a big Woolworths supermarket, cafes, restaurants and bars) and Redleaf Pool (beautiful harbour beach with secured swimming and a lovely cafe) and just 2 min walk to the nearest bus stop which takes you to the city or Bondi Junction. Double bay ferry wharf is only a 10 min walk away. The ferry can take you to Circular Quay or into the other direction to Watsons Bay and Manly.
Our semi detached townhouse features a large bedroom with a double bed, built in wardrobe, covered balcony, built in laundry and the main bathroom upstairs and an open plan kitchen, dining and living area which opens up to a covered terrace downstairs. The ceiling of the terrace consists of louvres which protect the terrace from rain, so you can sit outside even when it’s raining or you can open the louvres when the sun is shining. There is also another small bathroom downstairs.
As it is our home which we are renting out while we are travelling, the apartment is fully equipped with everything you need.
The doors from the bedroom to the balcony and from the living area to the terrace can be fully opened and can therefore become part of the living space.
We have fly screens on all windows and around the balcony and terrace which means you can leave it all open without mosquitos coming in.
Above the bed and lounge area are ceiling fans and we also have a movable fan/air purifier.
Strictly no smoking or pets allowed (these are rules by the body corporate). Considering it’s a very quiet neighbourhood, no parties allowed.
