This multi-level home is located in the outskirts of Barrie, in a quiet neighborhood less than five miles from the city's restaurants, shops, beaches, and conveniences along the edge of Lake Simcoe. In the summer, you'll be close to Innisfil Beach on Lake Simcoe (15 miles) and Wasaga Beach on Georgian Bay (22 miles). In winter, spend your days at Snow Valley Ski Resort (six miles), Horseshoe Resort (17 miles), or Blue Mountain Ski Resort (38 miles). For your year-round shopping and dining needs, head to Georgian Mall or Bayfield Mall close by (four miles).
Step inside to be greeted by large, sunlit rooms with central air running throughout. The main floor features a home office, a formal dining room, and a sleek kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a spacious island with bar seating. On summer days, slide open the deck doors, head outside and watch your kids play in the yard. Summary: My friends and I had a wedding in Barrie for the long weekend and we were hesitant in getting an vacation spot as all the girls wanted to get ready in a nice space. The location was beautiful and had an ensuit to each room which was super helpful. The house was stunning and the Property Managers were very attentive and helpful when needed.
