Passes are purchased on site and are paid directly to the HOA. Rates are determined by the HOA. Current Pass rate is $55. No RVs, trailers, or watercraft are allowed on-site. For monthly stays, guests must purchase additional parking credentials for each 30-day period or any part thereof.
