A bright and contemporary pool home with hot tub and games room located within the gated Windsor Hills Resort, just minutes drive from all of the major attractions. Freshly painted with new plank flooring through the living area, and new carpets in the bedrooms.
Relax in the living room offering large sectional sofa and smart TV including cable services, plus view to the pool deck. The updating kitchen has everything you may need to cater for your family as well as stainless steel appliances and stone countertops. Grab a quick bite to eat at the sunny breakfast area, or share a meal together at the dining table.
The first master bedroom is located downstairs boasting a king bed and large ensuite bathroom. The second master bedroom, also with king-size bed is located upstairs. There are two themed twin bedrooms that the kids will love – one with Mickey and pals, the other Stars Wars. There is a further sophisticated queen bedroom downstairs. Each bedroom has a TV, ceiling fan and access to its own bathroom.
There are hours of fun to be had in the games room, including foosball, air hockey, kids TV/living area plus infant toys.
The private pool area overlooks peaceful conservation. There is a covered area with dining table and chairs, plus relaxed seating in the shade. Or soak up the sunshine on the loungers. The crystal clear pool is perfect for splashing around and having fun, then sink into the bubbling hot tub to relax. Pool/hot tub heating available at an additional cost.
BBQ rental available: 3 burner $89 per week / 4 burner $99 per week incl tank of propane (needs to be ordered 7+ days in advance - BBQs not stored at the home)
Don’t forget about the top-class amenities on your doorstep in the Windsor Hills Resort, a gated community with 24 hour security. Steps away is the castle-themed playground with a giant chessboard, slides, sea-saws, ride-on toys, tunnels, and swings for you and your entire family to have plenty of fun! Just a short walk is the enormous community pool and waterpark – free access is included when staying as a guest in our home. The clubhouse offers a front desk for any local suggestions you may need, fitness center, arcade room, convenience store and movie room! There are also tennis, volleyball and basketball courts together with putting green. The resort is well-located in a popular area of Kissimmee close to all the shopping and dining options on Hwy 192. Disney is just 10 minutes drive away and Universal 25 minutes.
