A contemporary end resort home with private pool and view over the lake, within the gated Terra Verde community just minutes from the attractions. This vibrant home has just been painted and updated with new furniture and bedding. Enjoy staying in your own personal home with the benefits of premium resort facilities!
The bright living area features comfortable leather sofas and large screen TV with cable services. High speed Wi-Fi is also included.
The kitchen, with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops, is stocked with everything you may need to cater for your family. There is a breakfast bar, as well as dining table and chairs with view to the pool area.
The spacious pool deck boasts a private pool with view over the lake. There is a patio table and chairs plus loungers to spend a full day enjoying the Florida sunshine.
BBQ rental available: 3 burner $89 per week / 4 burner $99 per week incl tank of propane (needs to be ordered 7+ days in advance - BBQs not stored at the home)
The master bedroom is located upstairs offering a kingsize bed and ensuite bathroom. There are two other nicely decorated bedrooms upstairs that share a bathroom – one with a queen bed, and one with two twin beds – perfect for the children. There is a further bedroom downstairs with a queen bedroom and its own bathroom.
Terra Verde Resort is a spectacular gated community boasting a lavish clubhouse, fitness center, specialist movie room, tennis, volleyball and basketball courts and a beautiful resort pool and spa which overlooks the community’s 3-acre lake! Why not sit with a cocktail and watch the sun go down at the resort’s own Tiki Bar? The Kissimmee resort is just 12 minutes from the Walt Disney World Gates, 15-20 to Universal Studios, SeaWorld, Discovery Cove. On check-in at the resort clubhouse, a one-time $25 pass can purchased for parking over the length of your stay.
