2 Bedroom Apartment in Nerja
A well-proportioned south facing third floor flat on a corner block 200m from the beach.
The living room’s balcony gets lots of sun as does the master bedroom and the light and heat reaches well into those rooms in the winter months.
The flat has fast optical broadband, new flat screen TV which gets UK Freeview Channels. (installed after pictures were taken) and is perfect for a couple, two couples or family of four with one double bed and two singles.
New air conditioning / heating fitted in 2016 along with a full repaint so a nice clean space to spend your holiday.
Plenty of free parking in an off street gravelled vacant plot around the corner and free parking on the street.
Shops, Bars and Restaurants close by but being on the South West tip of Nerja it’s nice and quiet and being on the top floor you get very little street noise.
The beach is only 200m away and if you head west once you get there you are instantly away from buildings and the hustle and bustle.
For those who fancy more privacy there is a large communal roof terrace on the floor above that has a good size plunge pool. The other occupants don’t seem to use it and we’ve never come across anyone up there but it’s always well-kept and clean.
We often get up and go straight into the pool for a morning dip. Great way to wake up and the flat is next to the stairs so it's a 30 second walk up one flight of stairs.
This roof terrace also provides fantastic views to the mountains of Frigiliana, the town itself and down to the sea.
There is good disabled access to the flat but please be aware the lift doesn’t go to the roof so there is one flight of stairs if you want to use the terrace. There is also a small step (approx 5cm) outside the building but it's never posed a problem to my 88 year old father pushing my mother.
Accommodation consists of:
Two Bedrooms
One south facing double bedroom with fitted wardrobes
One twin bedroom with fitted wardrobes
A full bathroom with shower over the bath and bidet.
South facing living room with small balcony, a dining area at the rear with hatch through to an American style kitchen. It was seating for 4 either on the twin sofas or around the dining table.
Kitchen is clean and functional with a good size fridge/freezer, small oven and double hob, stainless steel sink and washing machine.
The flat is looked after by our lovely English neighbour who is usually around and is a fount of local knowledge.
