I welcome you in my 47m2 apartment, Chalet style with BALCONY, on the 2nd floor without elevator of an old hotel, located in the village of Les Tines in Chamonix-Mont-Blanc.
The area is quiet, on the edge of a forest and a river, but also close to the city center thanks to its train and bus stop "Les Tines" at the bottom of the apartment which allows to be there in 10 mn. The accommodation is adapted for a stay between friends or in family, it can receive 4 persons.

The apartment has two bedrooms with a bunk bed and a double bed, a bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen and a living room to relax in after a long day exploring the city.
It also has a BALCONY that offers a magnificent VIEW of the forest and the mountain.
