Summary: Very nicely maintained and recently renovated interior made it a perfect spot for us to stay for the weekend. Inside was clean, warm and with modern updates. The location is very central and driving times to anywhere in the city are very quick. At first glance the location looks worn down but I suspect that is just Winnipeg in the late winter when everything is brown and dirty from a season of road salt and slush. Overall the location is just fine as it was quiet and very close to just about everything in Winnipeg.
