Recently updated three bedroom and two bathroom contemporary Cape house with central air conditioning. The house is located on a quiet street and a wooded lot.
On the first floor there are two bedrooms, one full bathroom and a laundry room. In one bedroom there are two twin beds and in the other bedroom there are two full beds with antique wrought iron frames.
On the second floor there is a large open floor plan which contains a great room with gas fireplace, dining area, kitchen, full bathroom and primary bedroom with queen sized bed. There are cathedral ceilings and hardwood floors throughout the upstairs. Through the french doors there is a large deck that contains ample outdoor seating and a Weber gas grill.
This house is located on the ocean side of Rte 6 and is approximately two miles from Marconi Beach, two miles from Wellfleet Center, one mile from the end of the Cape Cod rail trail, one mile from Duck Pond and two miles from Great Pond.
Please note - this is a weekly Sunday to Sunday rental.

Summary: Our family totally enjoyed everything about our stay. The house was well maintained and perfect for our family of 4. The house had everything we needed to be comfortable - two full baths and a very well equipped kitchen. The location was ideal for us - near our favorite beaches, close to town, but in a quiet wooded area. We would definitely stay here again.
