Travel Purpose: leisure
Positive: The location was close to a lot in downtown Charlotte. The rooms had a good amount of space and everything you need (dishes, iron, washer, dryer, mini toiletries in case you forgot). The rooms were clean. There was a decent fenced backyard with a patio and fireplace area. The front porches were relaxing to spend time on. The decor was also very nice.
Negative: The shower got cold kind of quickly and the pressure decreased when two people were using it. The driveway is very small and shared with the neighbors. I had to park one vehicle across the street at one point because the neighbors parked two large pickup trucks in the driveway If you have two vehicles I would not recommend staying there. The house is on a busy street, so backing out of the driveway during busy hours was hard. It was also very loud in the king size room during times of constant traffic. We noticed some ants during our stay but the host was responsive and got someone to come spray and they went away.
Summary: Overall it was a pleasant stay. Things I disliked about the property are mainly about the location
