This gorgeous and beautifully remodeled condo is in the gated community of Desert Falls Country Club in Palm Desert. The sun soaked pool and hot tub complex is visible from the patio and is literally just a few steps away. This is a ground floor, end unit with an attached two car garage and an extra long driveway. Enjoy the gorgeous foliage and mountain views from the East facing back patio and master bedroom. This is an especially quiet and peaceful area of this wonderful complex!
The unit has been completely and tastefully remodeled. The kitchen features newer, stainless steel appliances including a gas range and Quartz countertops throughout. The extendable dining room table can seat 6-8 people. Enjoy the desert evenings while lounging on the patio and grill your dinners on the large, natural gas Weber BBQ.
If you must work or log on, enjoy the fastest High Speed Internet and Wi-Fi speeds available (200+ Mbps).
As a guest of ours you have full and complimentary access to the Desert Falls Country Club state of the art fitness facilities and that includes tennis courts and pickle ball courts. Summary: Great, quiet property with comfortable amenities and plenty of space. Loved the proximity to the pool and given the number of pools in the neighborhood, never was crowded and felt private. Communications with host was fantastic as well. Would stay here again.
