2 Bedroom House in Kamloops

Centrally located in the upscale community of Sunriver's, we are on the sunny side of the Kamloops, surrounded by breathtaking views of the Thompson River Valley and the Bighorn golf and Country Club.
Our home is very clean with a modern open concept layout. You will find
all the highest quality amenities you would need and expect in your home away from home. Wi-Fi and Smart TV is included.
In the evening sit back in the living room or outdoor deck where you will be impressed with the night light views of the City of Kamloops and spectacular sunsets over the valley beyond.
We are located just 4 minutes off the main Highway making us easy to find and get to. As a result we are a very close drive to everything you need in Kamloops:
Downtown Kamloops (10 min.)
Royal Inland Hospital (11 min.) Thomson Rivers University (13min.)
Aberdeen Mall (11min.)
Costco (13 min.)
Like to ski, cross country ski, mountain bike, hike the alpine meadows or golf....
SunPeaks Resort is only 45 min. away
So you don't want to drive, check out our local neighborhood hidden gem , "Masons Bar and Grill" restaurant, only a short 9 min. walk from our front door. Great food with a casual local vibe, this is not your typical chain restaurant. Check out the live music nights and best deck in town.
You will have parking for 2 cars on our concrete driveway at the front of the property. The adjacent main level entry door gives you access to approximately 1200 sq ft. if living space on the main and lower level of the home.
The local mountains of Mount Peter and Paul are home to our incredible Bighorn Sheep which frequent the Bighorn Golf Course and also meander frequently thru our Sun Rivers neighbor so keep you eyes open.
Rules:
We have an existing quite tenant on the other half of our lower level. Our tenant has their own separate parking and lower level entry access from the back of the home so you will not even know they are there. We value our relationship with our tenant and neighbors and ask our guests to be respectful and quiet as well.
No parties or gatherings, no pets and no smoking even on the deck. No parking on the street please.
