The Space:
ENTRY: We use the August Smart Lock system, and you will be given a personal access code that will allow you to access the property for the duration of your reservation. Enter your personal access code on the keypad at the front of the property, and you will be able to enter through the front door. Access is for the whole property, with the exception of the garage, which we reserve for storing our belongings.

- No, unfortunately, we are not able to offer luggage drop-off for our guests at this time
What's the neighborhood like?
- The property is located in the Coronado Historic District in Central Phoenix. It is known for having a mix of different style homes, and for having some of the best vegetarian food in the Phoenix Metro Area. Downtown Phoenix is nearby, but you won't have to go outside the neighborhood to grab some coffee, lunch or to play on a nearby playground. Our neighborhood is walkable. While walking, keep an eye out for some of the many murals in the neighborhood that have been put up by local artists.
Are there any coffee shops within walking distance?
- Yes! Ollie Vaughn’s is our favorite neighborhood cafe. They have fantastic coffee as well as breakfast items. We recommend the breakfast sandwich and the french toast.

Guest will have access to all parts of the property except for the garage, which we reserve for storing our belongings. Guests are welcome to park on the driveway, and to use the house including the backyard up to the fence. At times, there may be a camper parked in the backyard, but it will be beyond the fenced area of the yard. That camper and the spaced on the other side of the fence is not part of the property being listed here.
