Positive: Garage remote was repaired after we arrived. We were very lucky with beautiful weather all week. Glad to be with family. Refrigerator and cooktop adequate for cooking.
Negative: Some amenities misrepresented: walk to beach from the house was 20-25 min, not 5. Gas grill was unusable; dirty. No fire pit in yard as advertised. Condition of the house could use some attention and updates. First floor bathroom sink was clogged when we arrived. AC needs repair; freezing downstairs, hot upstairs. Needs thermostats on each floor. Could use better mattresses on each bed. Each level needs dehumidifiers (as indicated by alerts on the middle floor thermostat!)
Summary: Adequate, but would not rent this property again.
