Relax in a spacious downstairs lounge room which attaches to three separate double sized bedrooms all with Queen Beds. Off the lounge are there is also a modern, fully equipped kitchen, complete with European appliances. Also enjoy seating for 6 guests at the dinner table. The laundry is also located downstairs which has a Bosch washing machine to use at your convenience. Head up the door at the bottom of the beautiful Tasmanian Oak staircase to the sun drenched upstairs living area. Complete with leather recliners overlooking the ocean, you can relax, unwind and enjoy. Upstairs, you can appreciate the massive kitchen with a double oven for cooking needs. 8 people can comfortably sit in the upstairs dining table. Walk through the hallway to three more separate bedrooms, which hold a king, queen and single bunks.
The house is fully fenced to keep your little ones (or big ones) in.
All you need to bring is your beach towels, as all linen is included. Basic toiletries and condiments are supplied.
EXTRAS that we also throw in.......
We provide you with all linen needed. Towels, hand towels, face washers, soaps, little shampoo and condition (just like the hotels), body wash and makeup wipes. We quality, crisp, clean linen.
There is also a coffee machine. We have a grinder and supply you with beans to made your own fresh coffee every morning. Tea and instant coffee facilities available as well as the sugar on top! We supply tablets for the dishwasher too. We supply several rolls of toilet paper. However you may need to bring buy some extras at the shop down the road if you are staying for a while.
Some other condiments such as paper towel, BBQ wipes etc are supplied. We also supply a movie stick which has hundreds of videos for both young and old. We have an assortment of games for the kids and big kids as well as a Nintendo Wii with heaps of games.
