Negative: Dated interior, some items needed fixing - broken lamp shade, window screen bent, garbage can lid broken, minor things, and not really clean - table top had debris on it, kitchen counters too. Overall not a fresh smell or appearance. Foil just seemingly discarded on top of fridge … and kitchen sink dripped constantly.
