Positive: The location was great with bay views. First floor convenience to parking and waterfront. Extremely quiet and peaceful away from Coastal Highway. Has all amenities in condo you need, not like a hotel.
Negative: Not much privacy on deck with neighbors, however, everyone was neighborly and respectful to one another. Long walk to beach, prefer to drive there especially with beach gear and chairs. Some furnishings need to be updated, however, some furnishings are newer.
Summary: Overall a good place to stay!
