This home is the perfect oasis in the middle of the desert. The private backyard enjoys a sparkling heated pool where you can cool down and relax any time you want. There is a poolside lounge area with direct views of the marvelous mountains and a covered outdoor dining area right next to a Weber grill - perfect for summertime cookouts! Inside, this air-conditioned abode offers a welcoming living room with floor-to-ceiling windows, pool views, cozy sofas and armchairs, a gas fireplace, and a smart TV with streaming and cable to keep you entertained no matter what. The kitchen is appointed with modern, all stainless steel appliances and a cute coffee corner with a Keurig coffee maker. Attached to the kitchen is an entertaining rec area featuring an air hockey table and a foosball table.
All three bedrooms are located on the upper level along with a laundry area with a washer/dryer. All bedrooms enjoy smart TVs while the primary suite features a working space with a desk, monitor, and printer, an en suite bathroom with a shower and a soaking tub, and a private balcony overlooking the pool area.
