The home is situated in a short drive to Downtown Winter Park, Downtown Orlando, about 8 minutes drive to Starbucks, Ross, Publix, 7-elever, Walmart and restaurant and bars, a short drive to UCF and Rollin College Winter Park! No matter you are here for vacation or for work, you will not be disappointed! You will feel living here like locals do! Fun outdoor pool and screened patio offer you more for relaxation! There has a guest house on the opposite side of the main house for rental as well. Sometimes, you may hear some noises but overall you have your own privacy.
