Sleep 4+ (over 4 w/owner approval only) in this breezy ocean-view, upper-level condo with pool, laundry, BBQ & covered Ranchero. A/C in both sleeping areas. Balcony with hammock & seating. Newly updated kitchen, new mattresses, warm shower & free internet. 300 yards from the beach & 1/2 mile to Samara center. Grocery store next door & fantastic restaurants nearby. No need for a car; great walking town!
Samara has it all! Sun, Sand, Surfing, Kayaking, SUP, Yoga, Massage. All within walking distance!
Our condo has 2 levels. Level 1 has one bedroom (with queen-sized bed, A/C and an ocean view) and a bathroom, along with the fully-equipped kitchen, dining table, sitting area and balcony, looking out at the ocean. Upstairs is a huge loft with 3 beds (one queen and 2 twins), A/C, TV & DVD, sitting area and another ocean view.
The condo complex is very safe (with 24-hour security guard and monitored entry) and is well-maintained with beautifully manicured landscaping, a refreshing swimming pool, a BBQ area and a covered Ranchero with tables and chairs so you can grill up your dinner and enjoy eating al fresco! There is also a laundry room with a washer and a dryer (a small fee applies). There is secure, covered parking (limit one car, please).
Discounts available for week-long and month-long renters.
Electric is not included so that you can benefit from lower prices and manage your own use of the A/C. Moderate A/C use could be about $2-10 per day depending on if you leave things running or not!. Meter is read upon arrival and departure to determine fee.
There are many fun & exciting excursions that can be booked for your stay in Costa Rica. Surf lessons, Spanish school, ATV, horseback rides, fishing, diving, whale watching & dolphin tours, gyrocopter tours, hiking and waterfalls. We are happy to help with any arrangements and to recommend our favorites!
We typically rent a car to get to Samara and to take a few day trips; however, around town we never use it. You can very well take a bus to Samara and rent a quad or ATV to get to neighboring beaches if you like. Roads from Liberia are 100% paved and it should take you about 90 minutes to get to the condo.
Upon booking, we are happy to send you more area information and tips to help you during your stay. We are available almost all the time and our fabulous manager is local so they can take care of the rare issue that may arise.
