The condo is on the 3rd floor and has the best breeze along with air conditioning in bedrooms. Condo is modern and clean and has all new beds, furnishings and kitchen appliances. Property is gated and well lit at night and safe. We know you will enjoy this place as much as we have.

Summary: The condo was a comfortable place to stay and very conveniently located near stores and a close drive to everything. The view from the front door was gorgeous and the residents were all friendly. It also feels very safe in this gated community. That being said, the whole condo and the property look a little worn. The pool area is not inviting although the pool is clean and functional. The condo has an odd setup with one TV in the bedroom and it was very hard to access any channels. And you can’t open and close the windows anywhere in the condo because the levers are broken so when there was noise outside, there was no escape. Made it hard to sleep sometimes. The bathtub/shower needs great improvement. When I pay for accommodations on vacation, I don’t expect the bathroom to be worse than in my home. Overall, I got used to it and still had a great time despite the inconveniences. The vrbo owner tried her best to accommodate but I felt like a lot of things could have been better communicated (like how to turn on the shower, not to drink the tap water (!), how to work the tv, etc) by simple notes in the condo. And there should have been more pictures on the posting along with a list of what is in the condo. There were beach towels and chairs which was really nice! With some small improvements this will be a nice place to stay!
