This cozy beach house is located just a few steps from the beach on one side and the bay on the other. Open floor plan with living room, dining space, and full kitchen. 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, front and back porches, and bicycles for your use! Large back deck has an outdoor shower, fully enclosed washer/dryer, gas grill, and a dining table. Can sleep 5 people comfortably in the three bedrooms with optional extra sleeping space in the attic or couches for stragglers! We would love to have you! The space This is a full house that you will have all to yourselves during your stay. Make yourself comfortable - throw your clothes in the dressers and the washing machine, take the bicycles out for a ride to the lighthouse, take a cup of coffee onto the front porch, and enjoy the 2-minute walk up to the beach! Bedroom 1: 1 double bed Bedroom 2: 2 twin beds (can be pushed together and we have a queen-sized mattress to put there so it is your choice) Bedroom 3: 1 twin bed Every bedroom has a dresser, and there are linens and towels for you to use. 1 bathroom plus an outdoor shower on the back porch. 2 twin beds in the attic (you are welcome to sleep extra people up there, but it gets very hot so we do not count these in the overview) Wifi Pets are welcome No smoking Guests have full access to everything including bicycles, beach chairs, washer/dryer, etc. Interaction with guests The home owners are not on the premises, but Josh is always a phone call or text message away. He will answer any questions and connect you with folks on the island if you need anything directly. The neighborhood Fair Harbor is a quiet, friendly, and fun-loving beach community with restaurants, grocery, a general store, and ice cream! Make sure you bring a glass of wine down to the ferry dock to watch the sun set with your neighbors. Getting around Everything you could ever want is in walking distance.
