The space The recently renovated kitchen is equipped with brand new stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, gas range and stocked with all of your expected essentials. Plenty of space to seat 8 at the dining table that is open to the kitchen and living room. The also newly renovated living room has plenty of seating by the fireplace. Equipped with a 55" smart TV with DirectTV NOW included. Netflix and other apps are also available to use with your accounts. Living room sofa also is a queen size pull out, memory foam sleeper for your guests. Viola Oak also comes with two spacious bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master suite includes a brand new King bed and mattress, washer/dryer, private bathroom, vaulted ceilings, TV with an Amazon Fire Stick (DirectTV NOW included). The second bedroom is also furnished with a King bed and also includes Twin XL over Twin XL adult rated bunk beds with access to the second bathroom.
