3 Bedroom House in Glen Arbor
At present, I will be renting the property for Three (3) separate weeks in 2023: Friday, May 19th to Friday, May 26th. Friday, May 26th to Friday, June 2nd. And finally , Friday, July 21st to Friday, July 28th. The cost is $575 per night or $4,025 for the week. I only lease it on a weekly basis. There is also a $250 cleaning fee for the week. Finally, unfortunately, we cannot allow any pets.
SEE NOTE AT END. Lake Michigan, Sleeping Bear Bay, and Manitou Island view in The Homestead. Three bedrooms/Two and a half bathrooms. Accommodates up to 10. Full-sized bed in Master Suite on upper level with full bathroom. Pull-out couch on the main level with 1/2 bath. Guest suite with a full-sized bed in the lower level with a full bath. The lower level also has a bunk room that has 2 bunk beds for 4. Fireplace; Wireless and high-speed internet; TV/Cable; Washer/Dryer; Fans. Linens and towels provided. Nonsmoking. Breathtaking sunset views from the deck. No Beach Club privileges. Rentals are from Friday evening at 5 p.m to Friday morning at 10 a.m. NOTE: ONLY RENTS ON A WEEKLY BASIS. CHECK-IN IS FRIDAY AT 5:00 PM. CHECKOUT IS THE FOLLOWING FRIDAY AT 11:00 AM.
