2 Bedroom Condo in Steinhatchee

Sunset Place Resort, Unit #304 has been completely renovated and upgraded in May of 2021. 2 bedrooms, one bath condo with a beautiful view of sunrises and sunsets overlooking the mouth of the Steinhatchee River and Gulf of Mexico. Very comfortable king size bed and TV in the main floor bedroom and a queen and twin bed upstairs in the loft .
The living room has a couch with a queen size pull out bed and a recliner. Fully furnished kitchen , 60” Rocku TV and internet.
The deck has a table and chairs, and a ceiling fan for your convenience and comfort watching the boats going in and out and of course the most breathtaking sunsets !!!
The Resort has a dock with boat slips, fish cleaning area, trailer parking, swimming pool and a large screened-in cook shed with grills outside.
You are walking distance to a restaurant, bar and grill, and public boat ramp. Two marinas are within half a mile.
Whether you like to fish, scallop, kayak or hunt, our place is for you. It is an awesome place for a "get-away".

Summary: Mark was very prompt to handle any issues and made this a perfect stay. Lovely condo with a beautiful view of the ocean. We enjoyed the games under the building... ping pong, pool, and corn hole. We really enjoyed kayaking in the canals and in the ocean. We would recommend this place to friends!
