Breathtaking is the only word to describe the incredible panoramic views offered by this fourth floor unit located on the “trendy” north end of New Smyrna Beach. The Golden Arms is located just two blocks away from historic Flagler Avenue’s shopping, restaurants and entertainment. There is something in New Smyrna for everyone.
Our comfortable two bedrooms, two baths, 1160 square foot condominium unit is tastefully decorated with a bright and open floor plan and offers all the amenities of home. Spectacular ocean views can be enjoyed from the master bedroom, kitchen, dining room and living room. Arrive to your vacation destination without the worries of extra baggage. The kitchen offers all appliances and is fully equipped for all your entertaining and cooking needs.
Wake up to spectacular sunrises from the master bedroom, which offers a king-size bed, private bath, separate dressing area, large walk-in closet, and cable TV. Sliding glass doors open onto to an oversized covered balcony complete with dining table for four. Captain chairs offer you an elevated view of the Atlantic Ocean to be enjoyed by all. The guest room has two twin beds, walk-in closet and full hall bath.
