Casa Toloc is an amazing home located directly on the coast of the Caribbean Sea near the southern point of Isla Mujeres. Casa Toloc is often referred to as "the grass roof house" and offers a truly unique setting. The ocean side of the home will make you feel like you are floating on the ocean and the garden side offers the serenity of a jungle garden.
The unobstructed views of the Caribbean from both inside the home and from the pool deck and palapa covered lounge areas will truly take your breath away. Our home has just been completely renovated, and every surface has been replaced with high end finishes. Included are 4 master bedrooms, each with private en suite bathrooms and king beds. The large open concept living space and gourmet kitchen are just steps away from the new pool and covered decks. A wall of stacking glass sliding doors joins the interior with the outdoors, letting the view and sea breezes inside. The pool deck includes chaise lounges for soaking up the sun and two separate palapa covered decks with exterior living and dining areas. Also included are an outdoor shower and half bath for easy access while enjoying the outside areas. The expansive front yard garden is beautifully landscaped and perfect for relaxing. The house includes internet access through Starlink and use of the washer/dryer.

Summary: Casa Toloc is a great place to stay. Very clean, communication was top notch - Chema made everything very easy. The house itself is beautiful, large bedrooms each with it's own bathroom. Outside area has an amazing view, pool is great. Stocked kitchen. The house does have an iron and ironing board. I would highly recommend renting here. Host and property management company are top notch. We will rent here again.
