Summary: Where to even begin!! I stayed in this condo for 5 weeks between the end of June to the end of July. This property exceeded all of my expectations. From the moment I arrived I was welcomed by Dan the property manager. He showed me around the property and brought me to the condo. As soon as I opened the door I was greeted by breathless views of the ocean. The condo is exactly like the pictures with beautiful beachy decor. The unit was spotless! The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you could ever wish for and there are plenty of beach towels and bath towels provided. My favorite part about the unit was the balcony which had plenty of seating, an electric grill, and a table. The views of the ocean are just amazing. My family and I enjoyed relaxing on the balcony after a long day at the beach, watching the sun set, and watching the boats go by. In the master bedroom you are able to open the blinds and see the ocean from bed! What a way to wake up in the morning. The wifi in the unit was reliable and speedy. There is also a garage to park your car which was a great surprise to be able to keep my car out of the hot Florida heat! The property itself has 2 pools and direct beach access. Beach and pool chairs are even provided! I rented the condo during the off season so the beach was very quiet. I felt like I was at my own private resort! Dan takes excellent care of the grounds which once again makes it feel like a resort! I would rent this place again in a heartbeat. Key Colony beach is a cute little town. I was surprised to see it even has its own city hall and police force! Sunset park is located right down the road (a short 5 minute walk) and makes for a great place to take your camera. My family and I were even able to watch fireworks from the observation deck. Havana Jacks is a cute restaurant that is about a 10 minute walk and is right on the beach. Sparky's and Island Fish Co are a little over a mile walk if you are feeling adventurous. Marathon has a lot to offer. We did an awesome sandbar excursion with the Marathon Mermaid and did a night fishing trip on the Marathon Lady fishing boat. My stay at this condo was something I only thought I could experience in my dreams. I hope to stay here again! Many thanks to Yvonne and Ted for being excellent hosts!
